Three problems that aren't about privacy. They're about the business.
01
The banner eats your data
An honest cookie notice means a share of your visitors will say no, and that share disappears from your reports. Cookieless measurement doesn't ask for that permission: you count everyone, and the numbers line up with your invoices again.
02
American analytics has been a problem before
Between 2022 and 2023, the data protection authorities of Austria, France, Italy and Denmark found that Google Analytics, as it was then configured, did not comply with the GDPR. The transfer framework changed afterwards, but the question hasn't: where do your visitors end up, and under whose law?
03
Every tool is one more processor
Five measurement tools mean five contracts, five subprocessor annexes and five entries in your record of processing activities. Bringing them down to one isn't only convenience: it's less surface to explain and to keep current.

Database, backups and analytics data in the European Union (Ireland).
The data that describes your visitors is stored in the European Union. Delivery, email and payment infrastructure comes from American providers operating under Standard Contractual Clauses. We say so here, on this page, instead of burying it in an annex.
SCCs: Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
