1. Identification and acceptance

The provider is Monolit Digital, S.L., registered at Carrer Medes 4, 08023 Barcelona, España, tax ID B-05336086 (“Anonymetrics”). Using the service implies acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of the service

Anonymetrics is a privacy-first web analytics platform: it measures traffic and behavior without cookies by default, with features such as goals, funnels, heatmaps, session recordings, uptime and SEO metrics.

3. Accounts

You must create an account with accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and must have legal capacity to contract.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

• The service is offered in several plans, which may include a free trial. Current prices and limits are on the Pricing page.
• Recurring billing is handled by Stripe; unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically.
• You may cancel at any time; it takes effect at the end of the billed period.
• Amounts already accrued are non-refundable unless the law provides otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes. As a customer you are responsible for:

• Installing the pixel only on sites you own or are authorized to use.
• Informing your visitors and obtaining, where applicable, the required consent (GDPR, ePrivacy).
• Not entering special-category data or content that infringes third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its software and brand belong to Monolit Digital, S.L. or its licensors. The data you enter as a customer remains yours.

7. Data protection

Regarding your visitors' data we act as data processor, under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Availability and changes

We strive to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or force majeure. We may modify features, giving notice of material changes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for serious breach. After termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless a mandatory forum applies, the parties submit to the Courts of Barcelona (Spain).
